The Cure have a new album out, imaginatively titled "The Cure" it's been getting good reviews so far and the first single released from it is good, but Robert Smith is starting to look a bit silly in the video, still in full make up and with even messier hair than he used to have! Well it's a miracle he's got any left, all that hairspray and back combing!

Obviously i didn't look hard enough because there is a thread on it.

I've heard a couple of cuts from it. Robert still sounds good, but I don't think, from what I heard that the material is as strong as their 80s material was. I guess it's doing well, or at least was. That was 2 years ago.

I got the cd ! It was good but the 80's were definatly thier best as far as music goes ! I listen to The Cure daily ! Their music never gets old to me ! :thumb:

I don't think that any 80s com back artist's later material is as good as what they did in the 80s. Not even Duran Duran. Maybe that's just me being 80s patial, and I know I am, but that's my feeling on it.
