Alright i have to admitt i buy magazines with quick fix diets.
I need to loose some weight. I can't work out as much as i want to simply because i don't have the money to back to go back to the gym so I am watching what i eat and drink.
I came acrossed the Women's World today and i noticed they had a brand-new Miracle Diet Soup. Well of course i bought it.
Here it is for anyone that wants it
- 1 large onion, chopped
-1/4 + 6 cups fat free, reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 potatoes, 1 lb. cut into 1" pieces
-3 bunches watercress, 1 1/4 lbs or 2 boxes (10oz each) frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed and havlved
-Salt and pepper to taste
Makes 9 cups. Per 1 cup serving: 94 cals, 4g protein, 0g fat, 0 mg. chol; 20 g. cabs; 465 mg. sodium; 3 g. fiber; 3 g sugar
If any one makes it let me know. I am going to try it this weekend.
