So many things are out there that says "Buy me and look young like this model" or "Take this with water and look like this young muscular man" Well has we all know, or think we know... There is no quick fix in anything... except for a few things, like silencing the next door's cat with a BB gun, or kissing a young one's boo boo well help settle him/her down.. and a great life... very hard to make a quick fix on, but my only advice is enjoy it, and make the best of it... Smile is good for your face, good company is good for you, friends is good for you.. someone to share those private moments with and to talk to when you are alone... I know this advice might not have been proven, but so many has done these things and so far no complents... and now for what I learn first hand.. Never drink the water in certain parts of Mexico and Canada, it could be bad for your health...

Peeps, don't listen to him. Trust me, there's nothing really wrong with the water in Montreal. You just have to boil it before you drink it.
