not sure what you mean. do you mean the song was called HAPPY? or it was just a happy tune? all i can think of is the beloved. they're a dance/synthpop band from the late 80s, early 90s, and they have a song called "scarlet beautiful" where they spell out the word happy in the song. not sure if that's what you're looking for..
