I was once again watching my Analyze This DVD and rented Analyze That. The word mommaluke came up in both of the movies. Jelly calls Dr. Sobel "Dr. Mommaluke" when he refuses to see Paul Vitti. In the second movie, a character on the show "Little Caesar" says that some Mommaluke must have been the one that betrayed whomever he betrayed.

Does anyone know what it means?

To be more specific, I think it means ITALIAN Dumbass. But, I may be wrong.
