Does anyone know of a song similar to the song "Nobody's Fool" (theme from Caddyshack 2, can also be found on the album "Back to Avalon") by Kenny Loggins, performed by an artist whose voice is similar to Steve Perry, that contain these possible lyrics:

I've heard it on the radio two or three times.
