I just e-mailed the Rock N' Roll Hall of Fame and offered to lend them my Prince collection. I have a very large collection of Prince vinyl including 45's, 12" singles, LPs, imports, promos and bootlegs. They'll probably just blow it off but isn't it kinda cool to think they might consider the offer? I kinda wish I wouldn't have done it because it seems a little stupid :lol: on the other hand, it doesn't hurt to try. It would be cool to see my name in the Hall of Fame for Lending items to a exhibit (sp?)

Sounds cool Daffy. If it happens, I hope you have your collection insured. I don't think I could trust somebody else handling something that I treasure or was something of personal value.

I don't think it was an ignorant thing to do at all Daffy..I think they would be thrilled to have someone offer a loan of such a collection!
