There's a band I'd like you to hear, it pains me to do this, but I wouldn't be posting unless I thought you'd be interested, they sound like so much music of the music that I grew up with, 80s pop. Thanks for posting but I have this gut feeling that there is NO way that any new band could even come close to anything of the 80's...(No..I didn't listen to them) Just chalk it up to me being old and being "there" in those times.

Please don't take any offense to this... :) I'm in my 40's and I just remember the songs, the music, the "something was just in the air that made it the 80's" feeling :)

But..I would like to welcome you to the xchange. I truly hope that you enjoy it here. Maybe this band that you are referring to will help some of the younger generation listen and appreciate the sound of the 80's music more. :)

There's no way they can 'improve' on the 80s sound, but what's the point in even trying. But I know the Junior Boys' sound has let more people know what they've been missing.
