Teens Accused Of Making Porn Video With Minors

ST. PETERS, Mo. -- An amateur high school girls-gone-wild-type video is leading to some serious charges.
Police say seven sophomores from Fort Zumwalt South High School in St. Peters, Mo., face child pornography charges. A home video shows two girls kissing and a naked girl being touched by two boys.
Police say one of the teens was trying to sell the video.
Three of the 15-year-olds have been referred to juvenile court. The four others are still under investigation.
Sgt. David Kuppler said the serious charges are warranted. He added the kids knew what they were doing and knew it was wrong. He said you can't film a naked 15-year-old, no matter how old you are.
***** Jaspers Notes. THe kids were both smart, and dumb, it is reported on the local news that they were saving images on thier phones, and making kids pay $5 each to view them. Not too bad, but they were dumb enough to do it AT SCHOOL, and all the attention is what got them in trouble.
