Yesterday, I got some new pictures that my sister-in-law forwarded my Mom of my niece in her pool, but I'm afraid to post them anywhere. The reason is that my niece is totally naked in them. I mean this isn't kiddie porn, it's just some pictures of my niece in her pool looking cute. But because of the atmosphere in this society even cute pictures of naked babies could be called kiddie porn to some people.
I'd love to show them to you guys, but I don't want to get in trouble. I mean they're innocent pics and nothing illegal to them. I just don't know what to do. Does anybody have any advice on what I should do?
Doesn't matter, don't post them. Why take that chance?

I agree. Too be on the safe side, I wouldn't post them if I were you.

This is such a sad commentary that innocent pictures of a baby splashing in the pool naked could be called kiddie porn. I mean my brother and sister-in-law aren't pornographers, they're just proud parents who caught their daughter in a cute position. :)
I bet when Sadie's a teenager my brother will get these pictures to her friends and she'll be embarrassed. :p
I know Molly, it is sad. REAL sad. I mean, I had professional black and white pics of my kids taken when they were naked at about 3 months old and even though it is cute and innocent to us, there are sick individuals who might think of them differently. What a twisted world we live in....
If there is ever any doubt, don't post anything.

They're great photo's to share with family and friends but NEVER post anything like that online. They might fall into the wrong hands.
