At the end of the 80's nad in the early 90's Sire Records had a series of music samplers that featured their artists' new releases. These were the first time that I heard James, Wild Swans, Figures On A Beach, Throwing Muses, NASA, Ofra Haza, Danielle Dax, Primal Scream and The Ocean Blue.
