I choose Technique as my favorite New Order album. It's a great album, and they have some awesome songs on there.

I also like Substance, and their most recent album of two years ago Get Ready

I picked Low Life. Probably because it's the first New Order album I ever owned and I think I played it enough times to wear the grooves down on the record. I love the instrumental song "Elegia" and "Love Vigilantes" ALOT! ;)

I picked Low Life too! That's the one that had "The Perfect Kiss," "Elegia," "Sub-Culture," and "Sooner Than You Think." The whole album was fantabulous! Substance was pretty good. Techique had some memorable stuff too (that's the first NewOrder album I owned! I was hooked from that one!)

After being yelled at to do it :lol: I picked other. I liked (best of) the best. Like I've said before best of's and greatest hits are what I love to buy. I am a very singles oriented collector.

Best Of probably is my most fave for the fact that the hits are on that one. Movement would be my second choice.

Since ya mentioned 'best of' in the other category, that's what I'd have to go with. Why? See Daffy's post....:lol:

Substance..because it has 12" mixes of my favs.

I voted for Substance, mainly because it was the first New Order album that I ever purchased and it got me hooked on their music! :thumb:

I picked Substance. Out of their regular albums I like Technique followed by Low Life and Brotherhood

there's a special place in my heart for all their albums, but i had to go with substance. sooo many memories were made while listening to this album.

Best Of for me as well, although Republic was also one those that I thought had no bad songs on it.

I choose Power, Corruption and Lies just because i love the neat LP sleeve. The album didn't have any hits

I voted for Substance...I have it in vinyl and Cd still!

was Get Ready their 2001 comeback album? When that song Crystal came out, that became my favourite New Order song ever!

Art of Mix Remix Service put out a decent comp of remixes from the New Order camp on Ultra Hot Art Disc 2. Also includes remixes of tunes by Electronic, Revenge, The Other Two, Joy Division and Electroset's Techno cover of "Blue Monday".
