Roscoe (the dog/kid that was in my old avatar, and will be in one again soon:D) comes to work with me almost daily. I received this letter in my store e-mail tonight and I swear I thought it was the cutest thing I've read. :D Sometimes people can do the smallest, silliest things and it will just make my day!!!:D

Hi Roscoe!

My name is Hayden and I came in on Tuesday to your store for the first time. I am almost two and sat on the floor and played ball with you and had to be drug out of the store. You are the cutest dog I have ever seen. My Mom is still talking about how great your store is and has called her two sisters and Mom in Sacramento telling them to come on down. Can we tell you that we L-O-V-E your store?! Please, please, please sign us up for your e-mail list, so that we know about the fun stuff going on in Clovis. We'll bring Meredith and Kendall (my two sisters) next time we come. My Mom's (Peggy Jo) birthday is June 16, so we might have to sneak Dad down to check out the Brighton for her. She is also a huge fan of Vera Bradley and April Cornell. I think she could get into big trouble on Polasky Street!

See you soon,

Hayden

That's so nice! I make sure that when I get good service somewhere, or if for some reason I am especially impressed by a person or a business that I leave positive and specific feedback. Too often people will complain when something is bad but they won't take two minutes to say something nice. You would be surprised how much it can brighten someone's day. I wish that everyone would do this!
