At the top of the page that lists all the threads, there is a section entitled "Game Room Rules By Roemello". :)

The main rules are basically:

One post per game per day. You can only answer one of the questions each day - a post that answers more than one will have all but the first answer deleted. Any extra posts will be deleted. You can play every open game once per day. Fluff posting should be kept to a minimum....once or twice here and there is OK, but constant fluff will be deleted.
