Midge Ure was in Visage for a while. Went on to form Ultravox and then embarked on a fairly successful solo career ;)

I'll try to find the 2 songs that you mentionned and see if they ring a bell. And the Midge Ure info is interresting. Did he sing in "Fade to grey". Thanks.

Steve Strange took care of the vocals on Fade to Grey while Midge Ure played guitar (he's also sometimes credited with some bass playing on other tracks and albums).
