The lyrics include, "sounds good, looks good, feels good too" and the female part says "I don't want to"

It seems like a more modern song, but since VH1 plays mostly 80s videos (A great channel, I might add, and NO ADS!) it makes me think it is an 80s tune.

I think you're talking about the band Fischerspooner...they have a definite retro (80's) feel to their pseudo-techno sound.
