I don't know if your town has an 80's radio station or not, but some of those stations are playing what they call the American Top 40 80's Flashback Show. It is actual shows that were broadcast in the 80's. My local station has a live audio stream. On Sundays at 9 A.M. (Central Time) is when they play it. www.austins80s.com (http://www.austins80s.com) I have a few actual American Top 40 shows on vinyl from 1988 that a friend gave me also. I would be willing to part with one.

Yes, there is an American Top 40: Flashback--an actual rebroadcast of American Top 40 (with Casey Kasem) from a specific week in the '80s.

Only a few stations throughout the US carry AT40 Flashback. The nearest AT40 Flashback to Jackson, Mississippi is New Orleans' 92.3 The Point (http://www.WCKW.com).

Sadly, no Jackson station carries AT40 Flashback...yet.

Yes, but while that's true, they don't play the entire thing just that last three hours. I do listen, but I really want the old shows from the 80s. If anyone has them or knows someone who does, please let me know.

Yeah, I know AT40 Flashback is--SOMEHOW--edited to just three hours.

I e-mailed the Premiere Radio Network which airs AT40 Flashback and the story I got from one of their executives was that affiliates and advertisers wanted the show cut back to three hours, but I have a feeling if enough people contacted them, they may extend it back to four hours!
