What are some of the Hollyweird and Rock Star urban legends that you remember from the 80s?

Here are a few I recall making the rounds when I was in high school:

**Jon Bon Jovi had an interview with Phil Donahue during which he admitted to Phil that he was gay.

**Rod Stewart had to have his stomach pumped because he was gay and sperm doesn't digest, so it built up in his stomach. (You would not believe how many people thought this was possible...:rolleyes: )

**Richard Gere and that poor little gerbil in the bum.

What cha got lurking in the corners of the brain attic, waiting to be retold? ;)

Only one I can think of off hand was...

*Joan Jett was really a guy named John Jett :eek:

ughhhh I remember that I was soo pissed when that came out. and honestly worried lol...

Everyone at our school swore they saw that, bonjovichic! :lol: Two of my friends and I used to joke that we were the only kids in school that day, because none of us saw it, and Phil was on at 9 a.m. here.

Of course, the one about George Michael being gay turned out to be true....

Oh man, my schoolmates were such gossips and so naive they would believe anything. I wish I could remember all of the stories now, but here are a few:

*Gene Simmons had surgery to replace his own tongue with a cow's.

*Madonna is pregnant with David Lee Roth's baby (in 1984).

*Stevie Nicks developed such a septum problem that she had to have a roadie blow coke up her bum when she needed a fix.

*Mikey from the Life Cereal commercials ate Pop Rocks & drank a Coke and blew up and died.

*Cindy Brady is a porno actress.

The Rod Stewart urban myth started making the rounds again recently, except this time it supposedly happened to Lil' Kim.

I never heard these! LMAO!! I did hear that Stevie Nicks's nose bone (septum) deteriorated from coke use, so she had to have a plastic "bone" put in.
