The Speedy Gonzales cartoons have not been banned and they will return on the air on Cartoon Network and another channel (I forget which).

Yeah baby! Stick it to the PC assclowns! :hammer: Maybe they should listen to the people they wrongly assume this is offending before they go attacking things. From the article at HispanicOnline:
"Thousands of Latinos logged on to HispanicOnline's message boards, overwhelmingly in favor the return of the plucky Mexican mouse. Latino groups across the nation—from LULAC to the Hispanic Leadership Institute to the National Hispanic Media Coalition—seconded the motion. The controversy raised eyebrows in Mexico, Spain and Latin America, where the character remains immensely popular and was never taken off the air."
Does that sound like people who were offended by Speedy? I think not. These PC jabronis need to know their role and shut their mouths :sealed:
Damn right! Those jerks need to get real and not take things so seriously! Too many people around who are being "offended" for someone else!

How many years has Speedy been around? Seems like if anyone took offense to it, they would have said something about way before now doesn't it? Speedy is kewl :)

I'm glad to see that Speedy will stay on the air. :) That is a classic cartoon. I really hate Political Correctness! I'm glad to see it was defeated this time.

Yay! Score one for common sense.
I still won't watch Speedy, though. Sorry, I just don't like him.

Anytime the PC Thought Police get to choke on their own hypocrisy, it's a victory for humanity.
