WTG Korea!

That was neat to hear the Koreans won. I'm not surprised, as Korea has a lot of speed and good passing skills. Portugal didn't seem to behave too well as two of their players got red-carded. That definitely gave Korea the advantage against this world-class team. It should be an interesting match against Italy.

I'm surprised :eek: South Korea and USA aren't considered to be very competent teams, but they've certainly shown that their presence at the WC is well deserved. Let's hope they can keep up this good effort in the years to come :)

Too bad that the Portugese tried to save the game over the time...and then South Korea gave them the boot. More bad was that the team has reduced themselves... :D
They should have known that Korea wouldn't agree to that plan, especially in front of their own fans.

Now, the World Cup (would you please refraining from abbreviate that term...each time I read WC, I'm close to falling off my chair :lol: ) leaves nothing to desire so far - can't wait to see who will survive the first knockout round.
