I'm pretty sure this was an 80s song, but I can't figure out who sings it.

It's a guy singing, kind of a slow song. Some of the chorus is:

The whole reason for this thread was I found "Going Down for the Last Time" scrawled on a piece of paper that I'd made during that show, but then couldn't find the song anywhere online. (Yes I took notes during your show. :D )
It's been stuck in my head for about a week and I was getting tired of not being able to find it. I thought maybe I'd written it down wrong or it had some weird title that has nothing to do with the lyrics.
