View Full Version : Workout Songs
ImSoooSure 6-11-02, 03:19 AM I need to make a new CD of songs to exercise to. My weight lifting exercises I do just fine without any inspiration. It's the aerobic exercises I need a really great CD for and I'm getting tired of mine. They have to be really fast upbeat songs. Dancing With Myself/Billy Idol, Who Do You Want To Be Today/Oingo Boingo, I Wanna Be Sedated/Ramones...stuff that has a really fast beat like that. Anybody here have some great songs that really inspire them to get off their butts and have a great workout? :D
Roemello 6-11-02, 03:31 AM I could go on and on for ages on this, but I'll just throw in a few...
'You Spin me Round (Like a Record)' - Dead or Alive
For something with a little rock & roll kick....'Kickstart my Heart' - Motley Crue
'Pump up the Volume' - M/A/R/R/S
'And We Danced' - The Hooters
'Into The Groove', 'Open Your Heart' and 'Dress You Up' - Madonna
'I Heard a Rumour' - Bananarama
'Point of No Return' and 'Come Go With Me' - Expose
'Let's Go Crazy' - Prince
'Two of Hearts' - Stacy Q
Granted I'm not much for aerobics (though I'd gladly watch ;) ), I would think this kinda thing would do the trick :) Some are kinda mid/high tempo, but can still get ya going
ImSoooSure 6-11-02, 03:57 PM Thanks Roem! Those are some great songs. Post more if you have time. I'm making a bunch of CD's so I don't get sick of listening to the same one.:)
