View Full Version : One of THOSE Mornings
Ever have one those mornings, no matter WHAT you do some Assclown ticks you off! Especially driving!! :hammer:
I swear, I almost got hit 3 different times while trying to get to work.... and to top it off I had to sit through a traffic jam because of an accident on and when I finnally get to work.... Some JERK took my parking spot!
I should of stayed in bed this morning... lol
LOSTNTHE80S 5-30-02, 08:54 AM Awww, sorry that your morning started out that way TAZ..look at it this way, it's almost the weekend..could have been worse..it could be MONDAY today. :)
Here...I'm sending a guardian angel to save that parking space for you tomorrow.
Caligula 5-30-02, 08:58 AM Yes I know how you feel, I come into work this morning, as bubbly and chipper as I usually do, but before I get to my office, I'm worned that one of my employee's , decided on her own to just skip over me and run to the big boss about a problem in my dept (that I knew about but had been hiding).
So the employee (who will now a have a tough row to hoe, for the next few months) comes in and tells me, that since I wasn't around yesterday she brought an issue to my boss.
And in comes my boss to see me, She wasn't too bad about it, more pissed off at the person who caused the problem. (the one i've been trying to protect). But i'm more pissed off at the one who ran to my boss as she does this all the time thinking she will be moving up quicker by being the company snitch/ ass kisser .
Mark my words, I will get even:devil:
I can just picture Taz sitting there at the traffic jam http://www.theunholytrinity.org/cracks_smileys/contrib/drowned/transam-black.gif
I know you weren't quiet one bit where you? You were probably hanging out of your window http://www.theunholytrinity.org/cracks_smileys/contrib/blackeye/2gunsfiring_v1.gif
Sorry to hear about your morning! It can't get any worse :p
If someone buggs you today just let them have it http://www.unique-hardware.co.uk/server-smilies/contrib/ed/SMILEYEdSHOT.gif
My mornings are always hectic http://www.theunholytrinity.org/cracks_smileys/otn/other/newbluesweatdrop.gif so I know where you are coming from. People here drive very slow and it is annoying to get behind one of these turds on these country roads :hammer:
I know what can cheer you up :p
We can share some popcorn and m&m's?http://216.40.249.192/mysmilies/contrib/dvv/popblood.gif
Hope you feel better budd!http://www.theunholytrinity.org/cracks_smileys/contrib/ruinkai/smileyb.gif
Join the crowd dude....one of my laser machines has blown out, and of course all the salespeople decide that today is the day that their clients all have to recieve their work! Everything's a rush job!
To top that all off, the company that makes the laser machine has no service people, so I'll be on the phone with the assclown from the service department as he talks me through the open heart surgery-like proceedure of trying to fix the damn thing!
Dude....we better play LOUD at rehearsal tonight!
F'ing "A" right we will, cause I feel like puching someone in the head today!!

F'ing "A" right we will, cause I feel like puching someone in the head today!!
Wow dude you need to relieve some pressure there buddy before you explode!!
Here is a remedy that works wonders :p
Call up your wife and tell her you want her to meet you for a nice "quick" lunch :p
You will come back to work refreshed and ready to go
Darkmatter 5-30-02, 12:15 PM I can completely understand where you are coming from, Taz. I had to drive across (under actually) the river this morning, which meant going through the tunnels at rush hour. :hammer:
Iluvthe80s 5-30-02, 08:18 PM I have had lots of THOSE kinds of days before. At least now trafficwise I have it pretty easy. It only takes about 10 minutes going to work cutting through on back roads. A few months ago when I was working my other job across town and I had to deal with traffic on I-35. That was another story!
I guess spending my late morning in the sun, watching sweaty men playing street basketball was not such a bad idea after all.
I am glad to see that you survived the morning without a complete meltdown, Taz. :) :)

 That's funny! I was thinking along the same lines, except I had the image of a laser mounted on the hood to frag the guy's car.

Pippi, that must be a tough thing to do... watching men all day! :p
I feel much better after hittin' the crap outta my drums tonight at rehearsal. :D
Sounds like you at least had a good day Pippi. :) Wish I had been there with ya. ;)
Sorry for your day Taz. I've had those too. Days when you just want to crawl back into bed and say to hell with it!!! LOL I'll think of you while enjoying my nice relaxing massage tomorrow. ;)
Tydestra 5-31-02, 04:29 AM  I know you're pain Taz and everyone... I've had one of those weeks at work all this freaking week at the store.
 I'm going to Rant...
I just hate, and I mean HATE it when people ask me for a music CD, or a question, then look at me over thinking and sometimes saying outloud that maybe they should talk to someone else cause I may not know what the f**k they are talking about. You ask questions when you don't have a flying f**cking clue for what you're looking for and in what direction it should be right?
Like yesterday, I had this guy looking for the Iron Maiden Remasters, and he was agruing with me that they haven't comed out yet... when I had them for a good 2wks before regular Maiden fans got their hands on. I take him to the section where Maiden is, and the Remasters are there, clear as freaking day-light and he's still agruing. The CD are the soft carboard cases for Goddess' sake and it had a huge big sticker on them saying that they are the Maiden remasters, which I placed on myself cause no one has touched a single shipment of the Remasters.
He finally gets a clue that I'm right, doesn't says he's sorry... just says that I look young and that he knew what he was looking for without him having to had asked for help. :argh: :hammer:
Okay, I'm done ranting :)
Darkmatter 5-31-02, 09:50 AM Ty, there is one word that describes that guy.... asspony.
You're not promoting road rage are you Retro?? :tsk:
The traffic down here in Hobart is disgusting!! Compared to what I've seen in Sydney and Perth, WA...Hobart is not an easy place to drive! The worst drivers in the world, I'm sure of it! Mind you Tasmania does have the worst drivers in Australia...:D
Shortie Blonde 5-31-02, 11:10 PM I had Arena Sceduling this morning; how my high school sets up scedules. In the gym, all the deptpartments are set up. I was pratically finished. I went to get my library independent study, and it was full. :dammit: I was so pissed!!! I almost told off someone... but the monster decided not to tell the guy to piss off...and then I finally found a class. *sighs*
