Hello, They were little bugs maybe potato bugs they lived in the flower box on the window they used people stuff as furniture like matchbox for bed, spool of thread for table ect. I could be mistaken on their name. Maybe later today I will recall morehttp://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//smile.gif

okay.. sesame street meomories... When Ernie ate cookies in Bert's bed.... how about, "12345,678910,11 12, dooo dooo dooodoo " I sang that all of the time! hmmm.... and they would take you into a factory to show you how different things were made.. like I remember the one where they show you doughnuts.... and crayons!!
I was a huge Mr. Rogers fan, though... couldn't wait for Sesame Street to be over so that I could watch him... (sad, huh?)

Oh, Jeez. I had forgotten about Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood. I loved his Christmas skit. Now Eddie Murphy was a total symbol of the 80's. Very funny guy.

Sunlover 4-04-01, 01:24 AM I remember seeing the first Sesame Street in 1969. I was in nursery school and they hooked up a TV so we could all watch it. Very exciting at that time to watch television in school!
On a channel I get through my satellite...Noggin I think it is....they show old Sesame Streets in the middle of the night. This was when Maria was a teenager, Mr. Hooper was alive, Big Bird had barely any feathers on top, and the Snuffleupagus was considered to be Big Bird's imaginary friend. It's great!
8teesBuff 4-16-01, 02:36 PM OMG... those aliens!!! YES!!! I remember those too!!!
They had the big round mouths and they went around saying..."yep,yep,yep,yep,yep,yep,yep,",... then they would see an object and one would say, "mmmmm, mmmmmm, telephone," and then they do the yep,yep thing....
anyone remember????
Nope! Never seen those things. I seriously doubt their exhistance. What the h*ll are you on??http://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//tongue.gifThey must be in the same place in your mind as Tweedle bugs!(kidding)hehehehttp://www.80sxchange.com/ubb/smilies//smile.gif

That 80z Girl 2-24-02, 02:40 PM Twiddle bugs and the alien guys do exist! (yep, yep, yep) I believe my hubby still has a Twiddle bug book from when he was little. There is also a live action/computer generated character who was more of an 80's character on the show called the "teeny little super guy". He was painted on a clear plastic cup and lived in the cubbard. It was a pretty cute sequence. The show on Noggin is called "Sesame Unpaved". I recently saw the episode where Snuffy makes his first public apperance so everyone finally believes Big Bird. I was so mad I didn't tape it. It's usually on around 1am or so. I should just set my VCR to start taping them. That would be fun for my toddler to watch the same episodes I saw at his age.
