In this voting session you will be voting on what you felt the best sitcom that centered around a family was in the 80's. Six choices plus you have a write-in option. If you use the write-in option, please say which show you voted for and write "option" next to your choice, so I can find them easier when I go to tally them up. This voting session again lasts two weeks and ends on 5/25/02. Have fun!

I voted for Family Ties. I still enjoy watching this show on Nick At Nite. Michael J. Fox's character Alex is just too funny!

I voted for Family Ties with The Cosby Show being a very close second. Michael J. Fox really made the Family Ties a fantastic show and I liked the relationship between the parents. I watch Family Ties all the time on Nick at Night now! :thumb:

I voted for the Cosby Show. As I recall that was the only show of those mentioned that aired here in Denmark back then. I used to think that whats-her-name-once-married-to-Lenny-Kravitz was hot-hot-hot :naughty: :D

That show made me a big Michael J Fox fan. He was perfect in the role of smart-ass Alex P Keighton! It was actually the only 80s family sitcom I ever bothered watching every week. (Cosby Show was good, but I prefer Cosby as a stand up commedian).

Definitely the Cosby Show. It was good to see a happily married couple with kids of a wide variety of ages getting into funny, yet believable, situations. Family Ties was second.

Tough call between Family Ties and Growing Pains. Growing Pains got my vote though.
