Hey Y'all,

Does anyone remember this sister duo from the 80's?

The Oliver sisters had some great songs like "Since I Found You", "Midnight Girl", "Satisfy You" and "Blue to the Bone". Janis Oliver was married to Vince Gill, are they still married? I don't think so. I think they are still recording, but I've not heard anything from their newer releases, has anyone?

I don't remember the band too well, they weren't very popular around here. But I do remember the soap opera that was their love life. LOL

They got divorced. Vince Gill remarried to Amy Grant (Baby, Baby) who was married to Gary Chapman and divorced him to be with Vince. They now have a baby together, in addition to the kids he had and the kids she had.

I always liked Sweethearts of the Rodeo, they were one of those great all-female country acts to come out of the 80s! :thumb:

I thought they were divorced, but wasn't sure. I had heard about his trist with Amy Grant, but wasn't sure if they actually got married. I'm glad they did, they make a good couple! :)
