Okay, I live in NYC as most of you know. I live in the Bronx and I suffered for a couple of days of missing out on the Yankess games because of the little kiddie fight between YES network and ablevision. What I want to know, is everyone opinion on this cause everyone in the Bronx and NYC have the same views. What's the story in other places? I really think that its getting outta hand.. I switched to DirecTV cause it was driving me and my mom crazy missing Yankess games on tv, when we only lived about 16 blocks from the stadium.

That doesn't seem fair! So the rest of the universe has to watch the Yankees every weekend and folks in NYC can't see them? What's up with that?
Solution: have George buy his own network (it works for the Braves & Cubs) :D

That exactly what he did... all of NYC can see the Yanks.. but if you live in the Bronx, and don't have satillite you can't see the Yanks cause the local cable company, Cablevision doesn't want to carry the Yankee Network called YES as a basic channel; which is something everyone else has done. So far, 10 games have been lost for the people in the Bronx and other areas serviced by Cablevision. Its so not fair
