All this month on DirecTV Channel 103 is a Pat Benatar concert. Taped during her Summer Vacation Tour 2001. It will be airing every other hour on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for the month of April. Check your DirecTV program guide for showtimes.

Wow, this is great news! This is a preview of what the tour may have in store for ticketbuyers. I sure hope Pat makes it here to Texas this year, but now, at least I have this concert to watch in case she doesn't....just isn't the same!!! :( Thanks Stacy. :)

I watched the tail end of it last night and Pat mentioned that the concert was being made for DVD. It should be on DVD now or soon. Where is Sarg? He would know.:)

Well, I'm no Sarge but... You can get this DVD on Amazon for $16.99 new or 17.68 used (go figure!). It is supposed to have some of her new songs on it and some interesting versions of older ones as well. I'll try to pick this up tomorrow at Best Buy and let you know how it is. The biggest draw back for me is it isn't in 5.1. I think it's insane to come out with a DVD especially a concert without 5.1. Oh well!

I've watched parts of the concert in about 7 different sittings now...:lol: I just haven't had time to sit and watch the entire show. I have always enjoyed Pat Benatar's music and was very excited when I saw the previews for the concert on Directv. Neil still has it too! :)

Yes, The DVD is in stores now. It was released in stores March 12th.
Stacy's list of songs are all on the DVD and also on audio CD as well.
The 4 new songs are GIRL, I WON'T, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME, and "OUT OF THE RUINS.

Both the DVD and CD also have the acoustic versions of WE BELONG and LOVE IS A BATTLEFIELD.

Sorry Trixter, It doesn't look like Pat will be doing any shows in Texas this year, hopefully she will do some shows there after the release of her new CD.:(:(
