Which video by the Brit pop trio, Bananarama, is your favorite?

I voted for "Cruel Summer".

I've said this before, but I really think the girls shine in the "Cruel Summer" video! They filmed the video on a scorching summer day in the concrete jungles of Manhattan. The girls look adorable and I like it when they hijack the truck and throw banana peels at the cops chasing after them!!! :lol:

I went with Venus....Michael, you know why!!!!;)

Also, because I REALLY wanted one of those red shiny unitard things!!!

Met up with an old school friend recently, and we were talking about these. Went for Cruel Summer, will be really interested to see what they come up with now they're reformed!

I voted for "Venus". Very entertaining and it has a very nice black leather outfit in it.

Maybe it was a red shiny unitard like DD86 said.:goofy:

I always thought Sarah's character/outfits were the best. :D

I go to a club that plays '80's music, and when they play that song, my friends and I do the hand movements that the girls did.
You know, "I'm your Venus, I'm your fire, Your Desire..."

I voted for Cruel Summer. I liked the song a lot and the video is good too.

Cheesy lyrics but fun video.

Voted "Venus" - always had a thing for women dressed in red leather :biglick: :lol:

I loved the video for Robert De Niro's Waiting. Too bad Mr. De Niro did not appear in it though :(

I chose Venus. I'd seen it quite a few times.

Should have voted, Venus because of the dutch background of the song, but the best video is It ain't what you do it's the way that you do it. Only because of Fun Boy Three, one of my favorite bands ever.

I voted for Venus but I liked them all. I was in England when they came out. Used to love Cruel Summer, then Robert De Niro's Waiting....I still remember the poster I had of them on my wall.

Without a doubt, the best video in my opinion is "I Can't Help It". The girls beauty and sophistication is captured in this video. I wish I could see it again. Second place goes to "More than physical". Cool videos!

Cruel Summer is by far my favourite song by them, followed by I Heard A Rumour, but Venus was just a rocking video, especially for a budding teenage boy like I was at the time :spankin:

There is no question. "More Than Physical" is the best video out of any of them.

For Sentimental reasons I picked "Cheers Then". It was the first video I saw of them and the one that got me hooked on the girls.

Cruel Summer gets my vote. :rollin:

Venus. Spent many a night alone with that video in the vcr...... ooops, nevermind. :lol:
